The magical flavors of chef Martin Omar aim to turn the Dominican community in promoting its cuisine.

New York- The Ministry of Tourism and Mamajuana Café in a collaboration with the Creato hand Dominican haute cuisine to New Jersey and New York from 27 to 30 June .

The main purpose of the day of the 4 day journey around Dominican haute cuisine is to bring Dominicans residing in the states of the Northeastern United States, the Dominican most relevant Dominican community living abroad, the opportunity to experience the Dominican culinary art at its finest and the hand of one of its main ambassadors, in one of the most representative places of Dominican culture as is Mamajuana Café.

"This action is intended to include the Dominican gastronomy as an important element of the tourist and cultural offering the country shows to the world, as well a new outlook by Dominicans of their own food," said Raymundo Morales, CEO of Creato.

The magical flavors of Martin Omar, as is the event is titled, takes Dominican products to a sublime dimension, where the Dominican flavors are evoked and stimulated based on pure emotion and creativity .

In recent months the participation of Martin Omar, with over 20 years experience in the influential haute cuisine of Madrid, has been taken by the Ministry of Tourism and private entities to international cuisine venues as a major representative. Such have been Epcot Center Orlando Food and Wine Festival, Madrid Fusion and Gastrofestival 2016 in Spain, Caracas in Venezuela, Berlin and the two dinners full house at the JW Marriott Santo Domingo.
